FAQs

Is coaching the same as therapy?

1

No. Therapy often works with healing, diagnosis, and the past; coaching is a forward-focused partnership around goals, patterns, and change. Many clients do both. If our work surfaces something that needs clinical support, I'll say so directly and help you find it.

Is coaching worth the investment?

2

Only you can answer that, and I'll never pressure you. I offer a sliding scale and I'd gently point out that burnout carries its own costs — to your health, your relationships, and how long you can sustain the career you've built. A discovery call is free, and it's a real conversation, not a sales pitch.

What if I don't have time for one more thing?

3

That feeling is often the clearest sign this work matters. Sessions are 60 minutes, and the entire point is creating more margin in your life, not less. This is the "one more thing" designed to eliminate ten others.

Do I have to be in a specific profession to work with you?

4

Not at all. My clients span healthcare, tech, education, law, nonprofits, and leadership roles. Burnout patterns are remarkably universal. If you're the reliable one, the high performer, the person whose competence has become a trap, and your identify is wrapped up in what you do, we'll speak the same language.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

5

Yes.. All coaching is available via video or phone so you can join from wherever you are.
