🌿 I Know What Burnout Feels Like—Because I’ve Been There
With over 20 years of experience in the classroom and two master’s degrees in education, I’ve dedicated my life to teaching. I love this work—but I also know the toll it can take. The constant pressure, emotional weight, and impossible expectations can leave even the most passionate educators exhausted and questioning their place in the profession.
At one point, I was running on empty—mentally, emotionally, and physically. That’s when I realized: surviving isn’t the same as thriving.
From Burned Out to Balanced
Driven by my own experience, I became a certified wellness coach and yoga instructor to support teachers like you—teachers who love their work but feel overwhelmed, unseen, and stretched too thin.
I combine my deep understanding of the educational system with evidence-based coaching strategies, nervous system regulation, and somatic tools to help educators reset, recover, and rebuild.
My coaching isn’t about adding more to your plate. It’s about helping you reclaim your time, energy, and sense of self.
